Fully programmable multi-axis automation for conformal coating, dispensing, and potting, with a factory-integrated MicroSpray ultrasonic nozzle option for low-viscosity precision that conventional spray and dispense valves can't match.

Benchtop R&D System
Benchtop robots in four work-area sizes for automated ultrasonic spray coating
Benchtop Cartesian robots configured with a MicroSpray ultrasonic nozzle, syringe pump and valve system for precision-controlled spray placement and thin-film uniformity. Dispense routines are set up in minutes with the teach pendant, or generated directly from imported DXF files.

Vacuum-Compatible Platform
In-chamber deposition without disturbing your vacuum
MicroSpray nozzles atomize acoustically — no air or carrier gas — so spraying doesn't disturb chamber vacuum, enabling in-situ deposition at roughly millitorr operating pressures for PVD, MOCVD, and spray pyrolysis processes. Systems mount through the chamber wall on KF or CF flanges and include a proprietary flow-restriction device to control liquid delivery under low pressure.

- Cooling/heating ports for environments above ~150°C or below −20°C
