Configurations
Flex Mount
For hard-to-reach applications and complex installations, the Flex Mount system provides the ultimate positioning flexibility. This mounting option allows for precise angular and spatial adjustment, ensuring the spray is delivered exactly where needed regardless of the physical constraints of the setup. Ideal for R&D environments and custom production lines where nozzle orientation must be fine-tuned to achieve optimal coating uniformity.
Vacuum Flange Mount
For applications requiring a vacuum-tight seal or integration with reactor systems, MicroSpray offers a variety of Vacuum Flange Mounts. KF, CF, ISO, and sanitary flanges can be brazed directly to the front housing of the MicroSpray system, ensuring a robust, leak-proof connection. This configuration is ideal for sensitive environments and specialized scientific or industrial processes such as spray pyrolysis, thin film deposition, and semiconductor fabrication.
Thread Mount
The standard Thread Mount features a 1" NPT thread, providing a secure and reliable connection for a wide range of industrial applications. This universal interface simplifies installation and ensures compatibility with existing infrastructure. Special thread sizes and custom mounting interfaces are available to accommodate unique integration requirements.
