The UltraFlex System is a multi-purpose automated platform for conformal coating, precision dispensing, and potting — built to apply everything from 100%-solids materials to solvent- and water-based coatings with repeatable, programmable accuracy. A direct-drive three-axis servo platform delivers positioning accuracy to 0.025 mm (0.001 in.), with optional fourth- and fifth-axis tilt and rotate for complex geometries. Every profile is programmed offline through an intuitive Windows-based interface, so changeovers happen without production downtime. What sets the UltraFlex System apart: it's the first platform in its class to offer a factory-integrated MicroSpray ultrasonic nozzle as a selectable tool — extending precision automation to low-viscosity fluids that conventional pneumatic spray and dispense valves struggle to atomize evenly at low coating weights.
Precision Multi-Axis Automation
Servo-driven XYZ motion (with optional tilt/rotate) holds 0.025 mm (0.001 in.) accuracy across every pass. Coating profiles are fully programmable and shareable across multiple systems, so a process validated on one machine transfers directly to another — no re-tuning required.
One Platform, Multiple Tools
Configure up to eight independent tools — spray valves, dispense valves, and the MicroSpray ultrasonic nozzle — on a single system, each with its own material feed and function. Isolate a component with a masking material, cure it, then coat the rest of the board, all in one uninterrupted automated profile.
Now Built for Low-Viscosity Materials
Traditional spray and dispense valves lose consistency at low coating weights and low viscosities. The integrated MicroSpray ultrasonic nozzle solves this — delivering the same finely atomized, uniform films MicroSpray is known for on nozzle products, now inside a fully automated multi-axis platform.

Single- or dual-head potting for shock, vibration, moisture, and corrosion protection, with multi-stage and multi-shot fill options to reduce voiding.
